Tailored Symposia

It is possible to organize a tailor-made symposium on request for small groups looking for a private experience. We can organize guest lecturers and guides, taking account of your preferences and the appellations which interest you most.

We are fortunate to have Jasper Morris MW, author of Inside Burgundy and Anthony Hanson MW, author of Burgundy as occasional guests. Becky, Peter and Paul Wasserman as well as Russell Hone are also on-hand for customized events.

Please note that the courses are designed as learning experiences. Some domaines do not receive groups and as such we cannot include them in a special program. However we do have access to some of the most prominent domaines throughout Burgundy.

The price of each tailor-made symposium will reflect the price of the wines to be tasted as well as the level of accommodation you select.
